Your files never leave your device

Images, GIFs, videos and PDFs you open in EmoteSize tools are read and processed by your own browser, using code that is downloaded with the page. They are not uploaded to us or to anyone else, and we cannot see or store them. Closing the tab removes them from memory.

What we collect

Advertising and cookies

We may show ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and other sites on the Internet.

You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies at aboutads.info. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Where the law requires it (for example in the EU, UK and Switzerland), we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies, and you can change your choice at any time.

Browser extension

The EmoteSize browser extension adds “EmoteSize” to the right-click menu on images. When you choose an option, it downloads that image in your browser and opens the matching tool on emotesize.com, where the file is handed to the page and processed on your device like any other file. The extension does not collect, store or send any data to us or to anyone else, and it does nothing on pages until you use its menu. It needs permission to read images on any site only so it can fetch the image you right-clicked.

Children

EmoteSize is a general-audience site and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Because your files never reach us, there is nothing of that kind to delete. For anything else, email [email protected].

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
